Wonder Cards are simple invitations designed to help children slow down, look closely and follow their own curiosity. Rather than telling a child what to make or what they should discover, each card offers an open ended prompt such as “What repeats?”, “What does this remind you of?” or “What could this become?”
Wonder Cards keep the child's ideas at the centre of the experience. The adult becomes a listener, observer and thoughtful companion rather than the person directing the activity. By offering a prompt instead of an answer, we give children space to develop their own theories, revisit their thinking and communicate what they notice in many different ways. They are not activity cards. They are invitations to wonder.
